Global Shipping, Straight from Our Atelier

We ship worldwide from Asia. Every order is handpackaged with care and dispatched through premium international carriers. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Free Shipping Threshold
We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (automatically applied at checkout). For orders below that, a competitive shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, processing will begin the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees. These charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. AURA IGNIS has no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it immediately. If you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Conditions
We want you to love your AURA IGNIS piece. Return rights are governed by your local consumer protection laws, and we fully comply with applicable regulations in your region. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery or take photos immediately and contact us. For lost packages: if tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received it, first check with neighbors or your local carrier. Then reach out to us — we will help where we can.
